What is your ideia for next season?? Do you want to stay in Portugal, what will be necessary??
I would love to stay in Portugal but this is a business I have to make the right financial decision.

What wore you Thinking when you decide to sign with Fisica?? Well I looked on the roster before I signed I saw Miguel Baroca and Mohomed Camara were on the roster I had to take the deal. They are my boys from along time ago plus I know they can play so I was thinking I made the right decision.
What about all your carrier?? until now, now what was the down and the up side?? I am very happy about my whole career no matter where I played I worked hard and gave my best effort. The down side was when I was sitting at home a couple of years ago waiting for a deal. And the upside is winning the championship in an extremely competitive Proliga.
When during the season you felt that the team had a chance to go far in the competition?? I thought we had a chance to win the championship the whole year to be honest. I knew it wouldnt be easy but I always felt confident we had a shot. We practiced so hard against each other day in and day out that I knew we would at least go deep in the playoffs.
What about your team?? what can you tell us?? Our team was fun. Even when we lost games we were disappointed but we stuck together. This team by far is my favorite not because we won the whole thing but because we are like brothers. I talk to everyone on the team even after the season is over.
Who, in your ideia was the MVP of ProLiga?? and why?? I think Tommie deserved the MVP. He is one of the best players I have ever played against. I think I should have gotten defensive player of year award or at least first or second team in Portugal. But I rather have a championship then any of those awards.
What happen in your mind when Green run away and you got all alone?? and waht about Kendell?? I know players come and go in this business so when Chris left it didnt affect me that much. One door closing opened the door for my boy Kendell Craig (188-G-80, college: Adelphi) to come in. We grew up together so having him come play in live in Portugal with me was very exciting. Batman and Robin reunited. Im Batnan!!

After some doubts about getting a team in LPB, Belenenses decided to go ahead and play the competition, and furthemore, they sign former player Artur Cruz (205-C-71) to be the head coach in 2008-2009. Cruz has now decided to end his player career, and take a mens team in his hands. He is not a begginer in the coaching business, for several years he was the head coach of Basket Almada (senior womens team).

Now with a head coach signed its time to Belenenses start to rebuild is roster, knowing by now, that Daniel Monteiro (182-G-82) one of its best players has taken the leave, to play with Porto next season.
Ovarense keep Rui Mota and Porto signs Jose Almeida
Ovarense resigned another player in their championship roster ,this time was the portuguese Rui Mota (190-G/F-78) and Porto signed Jose Almeida (199-F-86, agency: Players Group) that returns to Porto where he played in 2003/04.
Jose Almeida played the past seasons in Spain but not with sucess ,returning to Portugal with 22 years old trying to show he is a good player in his country,he is a forward with 6'7 that played for portuguese youth national teams.

Sampaense sign Pedro Pinho (201-F/C-83), a good center who played last season for CAB. It was talked that Pinho could go to Vagos, but at the end he went to Sampaense, a nice signing for a team that didnt played at their used level last season. Now it seems that Sampaense is trying to get a good roster to be able to have a good season no matter in what competition they will play. Untill now they signed 3 good and experienced players who can help the team to step up into higher levels.
